India trade min says sees FY11 exports at dollar 225 bln

NEW DELHI: India's exports in the current fiscal year to March 2011 is seen at $225 billion, Trade Minister Anand Sharma said on Wednesday.
India's exports in January provisionally rose an annual 32.5 percent to $20.6 billion, the trade secretary said this month, adding he saw exports for the year to March at more than $220 billion, slightly higher than the government's $200 billion target.
