A.    Clause wise Executive Summary of Finance Bill, 2012 (56 pages)

B.     A detailed comparison of old provisions with proposed new provisions and complete text of newly inserted provisions as proposed by Finance Bill, 2012 along with Notes on Clauses, Memorandum, brief of amendment and issues required considerations as per the sequence of Memorandum explaining the Finance Bill, 2012 (203 pages).

With this hope that the material will be helpful in better understanding of amendment proposed by the Finance Bill, 2012. We will also make available the amended material after passing the Finance Bill, 2012.
