| Members Practising in Individual Name - (09-06-2009) The Council has, in its recent meeting, decided that the members holding Certificate of Practice on full time basis, without any break, and practising in individual names (i.e. without opting for firm/trade name) be allowed the benefit of merger, as a firm for the limited purpose of availing the benefits under the merger scheme, as a process of capacity building measure of the profession with retrospective effect i.e. from 1st April 2005. |
