CBDT Order dated 01.10.2015 u/s 119 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 for filing of ROI and TAR

In continuation
of our yesterday’s mail, it gives us please to inform you that in supersession
of their earlier order dated 30th September, 2015, the CBDT has
today ordered [F.No.225/207/2015/ITA.II]
under Section 119 that the returns of income and audit reports u/s 44AB due for
e-filing by 30th September, 2015 may be filed, across the country,
by 31st October, 2015. Unlike
the order issued on 30th September, which was stated to be subject
to the outcome of any appeal/SLP by CBDT, the above order issued today is
crystal clear. In other words, the due
date [30th September, 2015] stands extended to 31st
October, 2015 in all respects.
