Voice of CA has made representation before Hon’ble Prime Minister on 05.10.2021 regarding the unconstitutional Consultation Paper issued by NFRA Chairperson on 29.09.2021 sighting various unreasonable explanation in support of proposal to eliminate mandatory Statutory Audits for MSMCs.

It has come to our knowledge from reliable sources that the concerns raised in our representation is being appreciated and the said consultation paper is being proposed to be withdrawn or rescinded very soon.

We hereby inform that in contemplation of withdrawal of NFRA Consultation Paper dated 29.09.2021 in coming days, Voice of CA has put on hold all legal remedies proposed by senior members of the fraternity to be taken against such Consultation Paper and will provide prompt update regarding the said issue in coming days.
